Payment is expected at the time services are rendered. We accept all major credit cards, cash, and checks drawn on local banks.

For after hours emergencies please call (337)477-1325 or go to the Pet Emergency Clinic located at 1501 West McNeese Street across from SJ Welsh Middle School. No appointment necessary and there is always a professional staff on duty.

Appointment Scheduling

Our hospital does follow an appointment schedule. This allows Dr. Reina and Dr. Grudzien to give undivided attention to you and your pets during your allotted scheduled time.

If your pet requires the doctors attention during full appointment schedules our staff will make every effort to allow your pet to be seen. We will not turn away any patients in a time of need. We ask clients in this stressful time to remain patient and allow for the full attention of the doctor once the schedule is adjusted.

For your convenience, drop-off appointments are available with same day or next day pick up depending on the services needed.
